My Philosophy of Care
My goal is not to tell families what choices to make, but to help them feel informed, confident, and supported in making the choices that are right for them.
- Evidence-informed information you can trust
- Respect for informed decision-making
- Practical preparation for real-life birth and parenting
- Inclusion of partners and support people
- Compassionate, non-judgmental support
